Returns and Refunds

Can I return a product and be refunded?

To request a product return or replacement:

  • you must send an e-mail request to our address paoul@paoul.com before 14 days have gone by from delivery, entering “RETURN –ORDER N° (number of your order)” in the e-mail subject and specifying order number, product data (full description printed on the front of the box) and reason for it being returned in the email message;
  • After receiving our permission to return the product, you can ship the parcel to our offices (Paoul Srl - Via Emilia Romagna 12 - 35020 Villatora di Saonara PD) by courier or post at your expense.

To return a product: pack the parcel and, if the procedure was done correctly sending a request email before 14 days have gone by from delivery, and if we declare that the return complies with what was declared, we will issue a refund based on the payment method used or replace the product.

Refound

If the goods are not in compliance to the order, we commint ourselves to refounding the charged amount of the money or to charging the product or the products which do not correspond. If the goods is in compliance to the order, but you want to change it anyway (with the request above described, within 14 working days), the refound will include thecost for the product/s, including taxes, but not the shipment cost of the delivery nor of the return. An email will notify the refound.

If you made your purchase using a coupon, the coupon amount will not be refunded. The refund will only be for the difference between the value of the purchase made and that of the coupon. If the article is returned after said 10 day period, or if the item shows any signs of wear/damage or is not returned in its original box, Paoul will not accept the return and will not refund any amount spent.

Defective products

Paoul invests in quality and in customer satisfaction. We check each single product to guarantee its service and impeccability. So it is exceedingly rare for our products to be defective. We therefore undertake to replace them in a timely manner. We kindly ask you to start the return procedure described on this page.

We do not refund products:

  • obtained from a source other than Paoul.com;
  • damaged by improper use or negligence (exposed to chemical, caustic substances,flames, high heat, cutting objects, etc.…);
  • customised or bespoke.
