How does delivery work?
After you have received an e-mail informing you that the order has been executed, your shipment will be handed over to the shipper.
Thanks to the tracking system you can always know how your shipment is progressing.
When you place your order, check your delivery details carefully and do not forget to enter your house number and any phone contact number. If all the information is correct, it will be easier for the shipper to find you and you will receive your purchases sooner.
- Orders are only shipped on working days.
- No deliveries are made to postal boxes.
- All deliveries must be signed for on arrival.
- Shipping costs for any products returned will not be refunded.
And if the shipper should not be able to find me?
The shipper always tries 3 times leaving an attempted delivery notice. If, after 3 tries, delivery is not successful, the shipper opens an undelivered position (with fee) contacting you again to know how to proceed (e.g. if you want the goods sent back - naturally, in this case you will be charged return costs – or to be given a different delivery address).
